How it works: 3 simple steps
- Register your return: Click the link or button at the bottom of this page to register your return on our returns page . After registration, you have 14 days to ship the product back to us.
- Pack with care: If possible, please use a box no larger than 15 x 30 x 30 cm . This ensures it fits easily through our mailbox, which significantly speeds up our processing time.
- Drop off your parcel: Hand over your package at your selected drop-off point.
Please note: Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged for transport. If the product or its original packaging is more damaged than necessary to simply test the item, we may deduct this depreciation from your refund.
