Shipping
At Allcam, we ensure that your order is delivered quickly and reliably. We work closely with DPD to ship your package as soon as possible.
Delivery times: Ordered on business days before 11:45 p.m. = shipped the same day
If you place an order on a business day before 11:45 p.m., your package will be shipped that same evening and is usually delivered two days later at your home, workplace, or a nearby pickup point.
- Monday to Friday before 11:45 p.m.: Shipped the same evening, delivered in approx. 2 days
- Saturday before 6:00 p.m.: Shipped on Saturday, delivered in approx. 2 days
- Saturday after 6:00 p.m. & Sunday: Shipped on Monday, delivered in approx. 2 days
Shipping Costs
We believe in clear pricing without any hidden surprises:
- Orders from €50: Free shipping
- Orders under €50: €5.95
Important note for partial returns: If you benefited from free shipping (order of €50 or more consisting of multiple items) and decide to return a part of your order, causing the total value of the items you keep to fall below €50, the shipping costs of €5.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Not at home?
No problem. If you are not at home during the first delivery attempt, DPD will usually try to deliver the package to a direct neighbor.
If this is not possible either, the courier will bring your package to the nearest pickup point (parcel shop). The driver will leave a delivery note in your mailbox or send you a notification via email/SMS with all the details so you can conveniently collect your package.
