With the cylindrical dashcams from LUKAS and Qvia, it sometimes happens that the dashcam does not turn on and the LEDs remain off. This is often due to the power supply plug not being inserted far enough into the ignition. Push the plug in firmly, sometimes this requires a little extra force.
