The AZDome M770 Pro 1CH is the successor and improved version of the popular AZDome M550 Pro. The image sensor has been improved, resulting in even better recordings in the dark. Wifi and GPS are built in for the best connection, and it comes with a 64GB Micro SD card.
The M770 Pro 1CH 4K 64GB is equipped with the latest 8.0MP image sensor, which guarantees the sharpest Ultra 4K videos. It films with a resolution of 3840p*2160p at 25fps. HDR technology guarantees perfect image quality in all weather conditions. The dashcam can also take photos in 18M pixels.
The AZDome M770 Pro 1CH can be expanded with multiple cameras. The Full HD rear camera is placed on the rear windscreen to also record behind the car. It comes with a 6-metre cable that connects to the front M770.
With the Full HD interior camera, you can also record the interior and part of the sides of the car. It is equipped with infrared LEDs so that images are still clearly visible in the dark. The interior camera is a useful addition for surveillance while parking, as it records a large area around the car.
Another unique feature of this M770 Pro 1CH 4K 64GB is the bright and large 3.0-inch LCD widescreen display. The screen displays what the camera is recording, and with one push of a button, you can access the menu or take a photo. You can also start and stop recording or turn the microphone on or off. The menu interface is very user-friendly, making changing settings a breeze.
The M770 Pro 1CH 4K 64GB is equipped with wifi, allowing all images to be easily viewed via a smartphone. The wifi has a range of approximately 10 metres. The AZDome App is available for iOS (Apple) and Android phones and tablets. The app allows images to be viewed and downloaded, eliminating the need to remove the SD card from the camera.
The M770 Pro 1CH 4K 64GB has a built-in GPS module. This GPS module allows the speed to be displayed on screen and also tracks the coordinates of the locations where the footage was filmed. This allows you to use the included software to see exactly where certain recordings were made.
To improve image quality and reduce reflections in the image, you can expand the dashcam with the optional universal CPL filter (see accessories). This filter acts as a kind of Polaroid sunglasses for the lens and can be useful in sunny conditions.
The M770 Pro comes with two self-adhesive holders so that the dashcam can be used in two cars. The holder is a thin plastic clip with a self-adhesive sticker that allows the dashcam to be easily slid in and out. A few static sheets are also included, which can be optionally attached to the windscreen before placing the holder on the windscreen. The dashcam can then be easily removed from the windscreen with the holder without leaving any marks.
The M770 Pro 1CH 4K 64GB dashboard camera has a handy automatic parking mode. The parking mode has two options:
Time lapse: The camera films continuously with time lapse in 720p 1fps, also with the rear camera if fitted.
Vibration: The camera records a 1-minute video when a vibration is detected.
* The automatic parking mode of the M770 Pro 1CH 4K 64GB only works in combination with the optionally available AZDome JYX05 or OBD USB-C hardwire kit and cannot be switched on and off manually. In combination with the hardwire kit, the camera automatically enters parking mode when the car's ignition is turned off and starts normal recording when you start the car again. This makes the M770 Pro 1CH 4K 64GB ideal for use as car security.
The M770 Pro 1CH 4K 64GB is equipped with loop recording. This means that the camera continues to film even when the SD card is full. The oldest clips on the SD card are then deleted and automatically overwritten with new images. The length of the clips can be set to 3, 5 or 10 minutes. Loop recording can also be turned off, in which case the camera will make one long recording. Please note that the camera will stop filming when the SD card is full.
The AZDome M770 Pro 1CH 4K comes standard with a 64GB Micro SD card so you can start recording right away. The AZDome M770 Pro also supports larger Micro SD cards up to 256GB. The included 64GB card can store about 10 hours of 1CH videos in 4K.
Thanks to HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology, the camera is capable of generating sharp images in both very high and very low light conditions. This allows the camera to capture razor-sharp images both during the day in bright light and at night in low light conditions.
This M770 Pro 1CH 4K 64GB has a 170˚ wide-angle lens. This allows it to capture a very large area in front of the car.
The AZDome M770 Pro 1CH 4K 64GB dashcam automatically starts recording when the car is started. So you don't have to worry about it when it's in the car. The only requirement is that it is connected to the car's power supply via the cigarette lighter socket. If you use the optional hardwire kit, the camera will automatically switch to and from parking mode.
The built-in G-sensor allows the dashcam to detect when you have had an accident. In the event of an impact, images are automatically saved so that they are not lost. They cannot be overwritten or deleted via the dashcam.
The AZDome M770 Pro 1CH 4K 64GB has a built-in microphone so that sound is also recorded. The microphone can be easily switched on and off with a single tap on the screen.
The date, time and licence plate can be displayed at the bottom of each video so that it can be shown later when and with which vehicle certain recordings were made. This can be of decisive importance when assessing situations and determining liability for the police and/or insurance companies.
