• This is really a good dashcam, which is not surprising given BlackVue seems to be a respected brand. It is the first one I have ever had, but it was very easy to install and set up. It comes with everything you need and the whole process took me less than 20 minutes. I especially like that it has a second camera, so I am fully covered both front and back. I am also very happy that it records locally without any issues, because I absolutely refuse to pay a subscription for a product like this. I was also impressed by other small details, such as the ability to flip the video footage, because due to lack of space I had to mount my camera upside down. Overall a very good dashcam. I have no experience with other dashcams, but I can't imagine they have anything else that I am missing. The only downside is actually the super high price, but I think you get what you pay for.

The included instructions were clear and easy to follow, my husband says installing it in my Honda Pilot was straightforward. The camera stayed firmly in place, it is very strong and sturdy. • I've been using this camera set for about 8 weeks now and it works really well for me. The wiring was more than I knew how to install (I wanted to hardwire them), although I was told it was actually a fairly simple installation compared to some other systems. I had a new radio/screen system installed at my local shop, so I asked them to install this for me too. They asked a few questions about how I wanted it placed and it was installed in no time. I've never had a dashcam before and I've always thought it would be a smart idea for protection, but many of the dashcams I've seen are large, bulky devices that would obstruct my view. This one, however, is so small I don't even notice it's there. And it comes with both a rear and a front camera. What I particularly like is when I put it in parking mode. It monitors the vehicle from both angles for movement. The image quality is excellent and there is internal storage available, so if you don't want to subscribe to one of the cloud services you can still record and access those recordings. There's even a BlackVue app so you can view everything from your phone/tablet. It works so well and the footage is so clear it's hard to find anything to be unhappy about. For those who don't want to hardwire it, you can even use a USB-C cable to power it, making installation even easier. What a lovely system!

• I had a different model for six years in my previous car and it worked fine. I thought: why change what works well? That model didn’t have wifi connection for direct downloads and that was the only downside. When I got my new car, I bought this camera straight away. It absolutely does not disappoint. People have even asked me which camera I use.
