The Nextbase Piqo 2K is an ultra-compact and modern dashcam designed for drivers who want maximum simplicity combined with excellent image quality. The camera films in 2K widescreen resolution (2560x1440p). The Piqo 2K has no LCD and is operated entirely via the Nextbase App. Thanks to features such as wifi, Bluetooth, GPS, Nextbase Cloud and the SOS emergency function, the Piqo 2K is surprisingly complete for its compact size.
The Piqo 2K films in 2K (2560×1440p) widescreen resolution, giving you excellent visibility around the car, even at night. The aspect ratio makes the Piqo 2K ideal for city traffic, motorways and situations where a wider horizontal field of view is desired.
Thanks to its LCD-free design, the Piqo 2K is very small and unobtrusive. The dashcam fits easily behind the rear-view mirror and is virtually invisible in the interior. All settings, firmware updates and viewing of images are done via the Nextbase App.
The built-in Wifi allows you to view and download video files directly to your smartphone. Bluetooth ensures a quick initial connection and first shows a smaller preview of the recording in the app. When downloading, the full 2K quality is automatically transferred.
With Nextbase Cloud, you can securely store, share and manage footage. This is ideal when you need to quickly send evidence to insurers, the police or other parties involved. Uploads are done via the smartphone app.
The built-in GPS records speed and location, so important information is always available. Thanks to the SOS function, an emergency call can be automatically initiated via the linked smartphone in the event of a serious incident, including your exact location.
In combination with an optional 3-wire or OBD hardwire kit, the Piqo 2K automatically switches to vibration parking mode when the car is stationary. In the event of vibrations or impact, the dashcam immediately starts recording.
The G-sensor automatically saves important recordings when a shock is detected. Thanks to loop recording, the oldest images are automatically overwritten as soon as the memory card is full, so that the dashcam always continues to record.
The wide 140-degree viewing angle captures a large portion of the road without extreme distortion. The Piqo 2K supports Micro SD cards up to 128GB for approximately 12 hours of widescreen recording (SD card not included).
