    Description

The Gnet G-ON4 Pro is the updated version of the Gnet G-ON4 and is equipped with the latest Sony Starvis 2 sensor. It is perhaps the best Cloud dashcam currently available. This dashcam is packed with features and comes with everything you need. It films with the sharpest True 4K (3840p) resolution at the front and FullHD at the rear. The Cloud function also allows you to watch live with the dashcam anywhere in the world or receive notifications if something happens around your car.

    True 4K + FullHD 30fps

The Gnet G-ON4 2CH 4K Cloud films with the sharpest Ultra 4K (3840p) resolution. Thanks to the SONY Starvis 8.0MP image sensor, the images are of exceptionally good quality, especially in the dark. The rear camera films in FullHD and both cameras record at 30fps (frames per second).

The rear camera is connected to the front camera with a long 6-metre cable (included) and is also powered via this cable, so no additional power supply is required. For longer vehicles, a 9-metre cable for the rear camera is available (see accessories).

    WithCloud option

The best thing about this Gnet G-ON4 2CH 4K Cloud is the ability to connect to the dashcam from anywhere in the world. The Gnet G-ON4 2CH 4K Cloud can be connected to the internet via a wifi hotspot in the car. Using the WithCloud App, you can then view the dashcam live and receive notifications of events. This allows you to keep an eye on your car at all times, wherever you are.

With the optionally available SIM Wifi adapter (see accessories), you can easily create a Wifi hotspot in your car. The SIM adapter can be easily connected to the dashcam where the Wifi adapter is located. You can then easily connect the Gnet G-ON4 2CH 4K Cloud to the Wifi network via the app so that the dashcam is connected to the internet.

The WithCloud system is accessible via the app or PC and is a comprehensive fleet management system with the following options:

    - Live streaming of images

    - Live GPS tracking

    - Parking mode notifications

    - Driver reports (driving time, behaviour, etc.)

    - Geo-fencing (virtual location barrier)

With the free WithCloud account, you can watch unlimited live feeds remotely and have 2GB of cloud storage. You can also review up to 10 minutes of stored footage, which is stored for up to 2 days. For unlimited access and more storage, paid subscriptions are available from £10 per month.

    Wifi

The Gnet G-ON4 2CH 4K Cloud is equipped with Wifi to view images on your phone within a radius of about 10 metres. The images can be viewed and downloaded via the free app, so you no longer need to remove the SD card from the camera. By viewing the files via Wifi instead of the Cloud, you don't lose any data via the SIM card.

    Built-in GPS

The Gnet G-ON4 2CH 4K Cloud has a built-in GPS receiver. This GPS module allows the speed to be displayed on screen and also tracks the coordinates of the locations where the footage was filmed. This allows you to use the included software to see exactly where certain recordings were made.

    Automatic Time Lapse parking mode

The Gnet G-ON4 2CH 4K Cloud has a handy automatic Time Lapse parking mode function to secure the car when it is in parking mode. In this Time Lapse mode, the camera takes two photos every second, which are later played back as an accelerated video. In the event of an impact, a normal video will start so that you can be sure that all details of the incident are visible. In the event of an impact during parking mode, you will receive a notification when you start the car. This allows you to secure the relevant video file.

Thanks to Time Lapse mode, the videos do not take up too much space and can therefore be recorded for a very long time without the SD card becoming full. In combination with the included hardwire kit, parking mode switches on automatically when the car's ignition is turned off and normal recording resumes when the car is started.

    Automatic low voltage cut-off

To use parking mode, the dashcam must be connected to the supplied continuous power supply. The Gnet G-ON4 2CH 4K Cloud dashcam therefore has a built-in low voltage cut-off system. This system allows the dashcam to detect when the car's battery is about to run out and immediately switches off the camera. So you don't have to worry about ending up with a flat battery. The voltage can be set to 11.3/11.5/11.8/12.0/12.3V via the app or PC viewer. If the dashcam is switched off by the low-voltage protection while in parking mode, you will receive a notification when you start the car. This lets you know that the entire parking session has not been recorded.

    ADAS 2.0

The ADAS 2.0 system on this Gnet G-ON4 2CH 4K Cloud is a built-in “Advanced Driver Assistant System”. This system supports the driver in three ways while driving:

FCWS: “Forward Collision Warning System”. This system issues a warning when a vehicle in front is approached at high speed. For example, the system alerts you when there is a traffic jam in front of the car. With a good GPS signal, the current speed is known and the camera can make a good assessment of the situation around the car.

LDWS: Lane Departure Warning System. When the car is in danger of changing lanes on the motorway, the camera can give a signal.

FVSA: Forward Vehicle Start Alarm. Do you ever find yourself not paying attention when you're stopped at a traffic light? This system warns you when the vehicle in front starts to move, for example at a traffic light or in a traffic jam.

*Depending on the type of road (motorway or other), the ADAS system works better in some locations than in others. On narrow roads, for example, the LDWS system may trigger an alarm more quickly than on wide roads. In our personal experience, the system often issues warnings too quickly on European roads, which can sometimes be annoying.

    Tamper-proof SD slot

The dashcam comes with a standard “tamper-proof” SD slot that you can open with a small Allen key (included). This ensures that the videos always remain on the SD card and no one can access the files.

    90˚ rotatable

The camera of the G-ON4 2CH 4K Cloud can be rotated 90 degrees, so it can always be aimed at the road.

    Includes 64GB Micro SD card

The Gnet G-ON4 2CH 4K Cloud supports MicroSD cards up to 512GB. It comes standard with a 64GB Micro SD card, which is good for about 8 hours of 4K recording (with the rear camera about 6 hours).

    Optional OBD power supply

As an alternative to the standard hardwire kit, it is also possible to connect the G-ON4 2CH 4K Cloud with the Plug&Play OBD plug. Simply plug it into the car's OBD port and, after connecting, the G-ON4 2CH 4K Cloud will automatically switch on and off from parking mode when you turn the car's ignition on and off.

    Optional cigarette power supply

It is also possible to use the optionally available cigarette power supply for easier installation. This will automatically switch the dashcam on and off with the car's ignition. Please note that the parking mode will no longer work when using the cigarette power supply.

If you do not want to connect the dashcam to the car's fuse box but still want to use the parking mode, it is best to use the OBD power supply mentioned above or a Cellink Battery pack (see accessories). This allows you to easily power the dashcam when the car is parked.

    140˚ + 140˚ wide-view lens

This Gnet G-ON4 2CH 4K Cloud has a 140-degree wide-angle lens at the front and 140 degrees at the rear. This allows a large area around the car to be captured without the image being distorted too much.

    H.265 HEVC compression

This Gnet G-ON4 2CH 4K Cloud stores super-sharp video images on the SD card using the latest H.265 HEVC (High Efficiency Video Coding). In short, this means that the dashcam uses less memory than other FullHD dashcams. The files are therefore of the highest quality but do not take up too much memory on the MicroSD card.

    G-sensor

The built-in G-sensor detects when you have had an accident. In the event of an impact, images are automatically saved securely so that they are not lost. They can no longer be overwritten or deleted via the dashcam.

    Built-in microphone

The Gnet G-ON4 2CH 4K Cloud has a built-in microphone so that sound is also recorded. The microphone can also be turned off if desired.

    Date and time registration

The current time and date are always displayed on the screen so that the time at which the recordings were made can be verified later.
