The Mio MiVue C595WD Dual is the dual version of the MiVue C595W with MiVue T35 Full HD rear camera. This is the perfect Full HD dashcam with night vision that records all your journeys. Thanks to the high-quality Sony Starvis night vision sensors at the front and rear, the recordings are of excellent quality, especially at night. The dashcam is easy to operate via the 2.0 LCD.
Full HD videos
The Mio MiVue C595WD Dual films as a single dashcam in Full HD (1080p) 60fps, but with the rear camera connected in Full HD 30fps. Thanks to Mio's special HDR night vision technology, the images are also of the highest quality at night. People and cars are therefore always recognisable in the image.
The 2.0MP rear camera is connected to the front camera with a long 8-metre cable, so no separate power supply is required. Both cameras always record simultaneously and the images are stored separately on the SD card.
2.0-inch LCD
The MiVue C595WD Dual is super easy to operate on the 2.0-inch LCD with a 4:3 ratio. The screen has a screensaver function that turns it off after a few minutes of driving so that you are not distracted while driving. Despite its screen, the dashcam is very compact and fits behind almost any rear-view mirror.
Built-in GPS
The MiVue C595WD Dual dashcam has a built-in GPS module. This GPS module allows the speed to be displayed on the screen and also tracks the coordinates of the locations where the footage was filmed. This allows you to use the included software to see exactly where certain recordings were made.
Automatic parking mode
This MiVue C595WD Dual allows you to secure your car while parked. Connect the dashcam to the MiVue Smartbox IV hardwire kit to provide power to the dashcam even when the car is turned off. After turning off the ignition, the dashcam automatically switches to one of two parking modes:
Motion detection: The camera is on standby and starts a 30-second recording when it detects visual movement. After this, it switches back to parking mode.
Time lapse: The camera takes a photo every second, which is processed by fast-forwarded 30fps video. This special recording method is slightly less detailed but also uses much less power and data.
With every vibration, the dashcam takes a secure 30-second normal recording, after which it switches back to parking mode.
3-year warranty
Mio offers a standard three-year manufacturer's warranty on its dashcams. If you encounter any problems or defects, Mio is there to help you. So you can hit the road without any worries.
Wifi connection
You can easily view the recorded videos on your smartphone within range of the dashcam (+/- 5 metres) via the Mio App for iOS or Android. The videos can be viewed live and you can download saved videos to your phone so you can share them immediately. The menu is also easy to operate via the App, allowing you to change settings very quickly.
Speed camera alerts
Mio supports speed camera and average speed check alerts in some regions. The data is automatically updated via the app so that you are always notified in the right places.
140˚ + 130˚ viewing angle
With a modest viewing angle of 140 degrees, a reasonably large area around the car is recorded without the image being too distorted at the edges. The rear camera has a viewing angle of 130˚.
G-sensor
The Mio MiVue C595WD Dual has a built-in G-sensor. This sensor registers vibrations in the event of a collision. In that case, the current video is stored securely.
Loop recording
The dashcam is equipped with loop recording, which means that the oldest images are automatically overwritten by new ones. The videos are stored in shorter 5-minute fragments and as soon as the SD card is full, the oldest fragment is deleted.
Secure recordings (manually selected or detected by the G-sensor) are stored in a separate folder and are not deleted by the loop recording. This way, you always have access to the latest and most important videos.
Auto start
The dashcam automatically starts recording as soon as power is supplied to the camera. So once it's installed, you don't have to worry about it at all.
128GB support
The Mio MiVue C595WD Dual supports Micro SD cards up to 128GB, good for about 12 hours of recording. A Micro SD card is not included as standard.
