This Redtiger A4 is a sleek and compactly designed dashcam with very powerful performance. It films in razor-sharp 4K + FullHD resolution and has a handy touch screen LCD display. Voice control makes it very easy to operate and the built-in Wifi allows you to view images on your phone (within range of the camera). GPS tracks locations and speed and the included 64GB SD card allows you to start recording immediately.
The Redtiger A4 films everything in razor-sharp 4K quality video on the front and FullHD on the back. The recordings are so sharp, even in the dark, that people and cars are recognizable in the picture.
The Redtiger A4 comes with a very powerful 120fps FullHD rear camera. This high frame rate makes the images super smooth and they can also be played back in slow motion.
The rear camera is connected to the front dashcam with a long cable (6 meters). The camera does not require an additional power supply. The images from both cameras are stored separately on the SD card. A 10-meter extension cable is available as an option.
Despite its compact design, the Redtiger A4 still has a handy 2.2 inch touch screen LCD display. This makes operating the dashcam a piece of cake. The screen displays live images and allows you to change settings. You can also easily watch recorded videos.
The clever design of the Redtiger A4 allows you to mount the dashcam on the windshield or on the dashboard. The camera can be rotated 180˚ in the mount, so you can always turn it in the right direction. Because it is so small, it is hardly noticeable and does not get in the way while driving.
The camera can be removed from the mount and replaced in one simple movement. This makes it easy to remove the dashcam from the car.
The Redtiger A4 is equipped with superfast 5.8GHz Wifi, allowing for faster video downloads. The Wifi has a range of about 10 meters and the Redtiger App is available for Android and iPhone phones. Settings can also be easily changed via the App.
The Redtiger A4 can be operated by means of (English) voice control. The following actions, among others, are supported:
- Lock the video: Save video securely
- Take photo: Take photo
- Turn on/off Wifi: Turn Wifi on or off
- Turn on/off screen: Turn screen on or off
The Redtiger A4 has a handy automatic time lapse and vibration parking mode to secure the car while parked. In time lapse mode, the camera takes a photo every second, which is later played back as an accelerated 30fps video. Time lapse recordings are slightly less detailed and therefore take up less data on the SD card.
The vibration parking mode ensures that a normal video is recorded in the event of a collision or other vibration. These incidents are therefore recorded in detail.
Please note: connection to the Redtiger hardwire kit is required to use parking mode. Parking mode cannot be turned on or off manually.
The A4 4K Wifi GPS dashcam has a built-in GPS module. This GPS module displays the speed and also keeps track of the coordinates of the locations filmed. This allows you to use the included software to see exactly where certain recordings were made.
This A4 dashcam comes with a 64GB Micro SD card, good for approximately 12 hours of 4K + FullHD recordings. It supports Micro SD cards up to 256GB, which means approximately 48 hours of storage.
This A4 4K Wifi GPS has a wide-angle lens of 160 degrees at the front and 140 degrees at the back. This means that a large area around the car is recorded so that every situation is properly captured.
Place the optional CPL filter on the Redtiger A4 to prevent harmful and annoying reflections in the image. The filter prevents reflections from the sun and the dashboard, making the videos even sharper.
The A4 4K Wifi GPS dashcam automatically starts filming when the car is started and stops filming when the car is turned off. So you no longer have to keep an eye on it when it is in the car.
The built-in G-sensor allows the dashcam to detect when you have had an accident. In the event of an impact, images are automatically saved to a secure location so they cannot be lost. They can no longer be overwritten or deleted via the dashcam.
The A4 4K Wifi GPS dashcam has a built-in microphone so that sound is also recorded. The microphone can also be turned off if desired.
The current time and date are always displayed on the screen so that it can be demonstrated later at what time the recordings in question were made.
This Redtiger dashcam comes with a handy USB cigarette plug. The plug has an extra USB port so you can still use the cigarette power supply for other devices.
